England are to face Ghana for the first time in a senior international after lining up a friendly encounter.
The Three Lions will meet the Black Stars at Wembley on 29th March, the Football Association has confirmed.
The fixture will take place three days after Fabio Capello's men play their first Euro 2012 qualifier of the year against Wales in Cardiff.
Ghana will be expected to give England a thorough examination, having starred at the 2010 World Cup.
Led by the likes of Sunderland's Asamoah Gyan, AC Milan's Kevin-Prince Boateng and Fulham's John Pantsil, they made the quarter-finals before crashing out in heartbreaking fashion against Uruguay.
