Sir Alex Ferguson was pleased by the way Manchester United responded to beat Stoke City 2-1 on Sunday.
The Red Devils have been plagued by conceding late goals this season and their susceptibility was on display again as Tuncay Sanli came off the bench to cancel out Javier Hernandez's opener with nine minutes of normal time remaining.
But United, who relinquished leads against Fulham, Everton and West Brom this term, fought back and Hernandez popped up in the 86th minute to grab his fifth goal of the season and earn his side's first Premier League victory away from Old Trafford.
And while Ferguson accepted his side became complacent in the second half, he lauded his team's ability to recover.
