The worst floods to hit parts of Thailand in decades have left at least 56 people dead according to officials.
So far, 30 of Thailand's 76 provinces have been affected by flooding, and more than 2.8 million people have been affected in the last fortnight.
Meanwhile, Bangkok is still on standby as flood water from the north runs downstream, but so far no major flooding has been reported in the capital.
Flood waters from the country's north are flowing into Bangkok's Chao Phraya River at the rate of four million litres per second.
High tides flowing in from the other direction may cause city areas along its banks to be flooded.
Two hundred thousand sandbags have been used to fortify flood walls and 1,000 water pumps are on standby.
Warnings have been issued to seven low lying provinces including the capital. (From ABC News)
