Rio blasts penalty decisions

Rio Ferdinand has slammed German referee Manuel Grafe's display after England could only manage a goalless draw against Montenegro.

The Three Lions spluttered to an embarrassing stalemate at Wembley on Tuesday night in Euro 2012 qualifying action.

But England captain Ferdinand insists Grafe should have awarded his side two second-half penalties, one when Ashley Young went down in the box and the other when the ball appeared to hit the arm of visiting defender Milan Jovanovic.
